Welcare :)

Welcare, founded on Christian values, offers practical and emotional support and advice for families with children aged up to the age of 13. 

Welcare works in partnership with parents, children and other agencies. Their services are inclusive and open to all. Welcare services are led by professional social workers, supported by Family Support Workers and volunteers. Welcare works holistically to provide a family-focused support plan in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment.

 Through a combination of group work and one-to-one sessions, Welcare empowers families to change their lives for the better, offering practical and emotional support to overcome challenges. 

Welcare in Bromley offers: 

• Direct work with children

 • Group work programmes for parents 

• One to one family support work 

• Group work for children (including, MySpace, a recovery programme to support children who have witnessed domestic abuse at home) 

• Advocacy 

• Practical support to meet immediate needs • Volunteer family helpers and mentors for children aged 8-13
